To Order Courseware ...

Please call 877-227-2477 or email order@capcourse.com to place an order for courseware. To process your order we will need:

The product number of the coursebooks you want (e.g. Course 103, "Java Programming")
The version number of the course (multiple versions may be available concurrently, for instance to teach different versions of Java)
Quantity of books to ship
Shipping information for the primary training-site contact, including name, address, phone number and email
Your own contact information, in case questions arise
The date of your class, and/or a deliver-by date for the coursebooks — if you provide the class start date only, we will ship books to arrive no later than one business day before that date
Contact information for your Accounts Payable department, or for whomever will be responsible for payment
Preferred method of payment (see below)

We accept checks and major credit cards. When you've placed your order, we'll send you an invoice and await payment. For credit-card payments we rely on PayPal for fast, secure, online processing. You do not need a PayPal account to pay these invoices, just a major credit card -- although you may use your PayPal account or any other payment method supported by PayPal, if you prefer. Please do not send us credit-card information by email!

When payment is received/confirmed, we proceed to print and ship your coursebooks, and send you a confirmation message, along with supporting electronic files. We recommend that you review our delivery process before or soon after placing your order. Especially, this will help to clarify aspects of the electronic parts of the process, such as how to set up your training room and what resources are available to instructors to prepare to teach the course.

We use guaranteed, trackable delivery services -- usually UPS in the US, and sometimes FedEx, DHL, and other carriers. Once books are en route, we pass the tracking information along to you so that you can be certain of the shipment progress.
